Magnesium Powder / Magnesium Fines
Magnesium Powder is a finely divided form of the metallic element magnesium (Mg), known for its lightweight, silvery-white appearance and high reactivity. It is produced by grinding or milling magnesium metal into small particles, ranging from coarse granules to ultra-fine powders.

Different size usage
1. 18-80 mesh (1.0-0.17 mm), 1.6-0.5 mm for desulphurization in steel industry.
2. 40-90 mesh (0.425-0.17 mm), 30-50 mesh (0.6-0.3 mm) for chemical industry.
3. 100 mesh, 150 mesh, 200 mesh for aviation, aerospace, military industry.
Applications
Magnesium powder can server as desulphurizer or cleaning agent for steel industry and casting of non-ferrous metals, and reducer for production of rare metal.
In recent years, magnesium powder has been mostly used in spaying, coating, anti-corrosion, polycrystalline silicon, and casting of metallurgical powder as well.
